Library Membership
Who gets a card?
Anyone within Raymond, Harvel, and surrounding areas within our district all qualify for library cards.
​
Children within the Panhandle school district also qualify for library cards.
​
Nonresidents can obtain a card by paying a fee.
Card Cost
Cards are free for residents & Panhandle Students.
​
Cards for non-residents are $50 yearly.
Cost is to be paid when picking up card.
